中嶋 志朗

2001年にユーロモーターサイクルショップ「Ritmo Sereno」を創業。 カフェスタイルを纏ったBMWのカスタムマシンを世界中に広げたことでも知られる。 2014年、Ritmo Sereno代表から降り、『46works／ヨンロク･ワークス』を起ち上げ、八ヶ岳南麓の工房で製作活動を行う。工学部出身であり、又クラシックレースやツインレース等にも多数参戦。理論と実践からなる車両製作を得意としている。アルミ板金での外装製作からチタン手曲げマフラー製作、工作機械を駆使した削り出しパーツ製作、フレーム製作までを1人で行う。2014年 BMW R nine T Custom Projectに参加し、製作したClubman Racerは世界各国のショーやイベントに展示される。2015年Yokohama Hot Rod ShowにてKTM RC8カスタムがBest Motorcycle European受賞。2016年Bay Area Chopper & Custom bike showにてBMW R nine T Clubman Racer がBest of rideability受賞。同ShowにてKTM RC8がBest of SuperSports受賞。その他、各ショーでのアワード獲得やレースでの優勝経験多数。SNSでの発信も精力的に行い、YouTubeの登録者数は約19万人、Instagramは約10万人、Xは約1万人と、総フォロワー数は30万人オーバーを獲得している(2025年4月現在)。

Shiro Nakajima
In 2001, Shiro Nakajima founded the European motorcycle shop Ritmo Sereno, which gained worldwide recognition for custom BMW machines in a distinctive café racer style.
In 2014, he stepped down as the head of Ritmo Sereno and launched 46works at a workshop located at the southern foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains, where he continues his craft today.
With a background in engineering and extensive experience in classic and twin racing, Nakajima excels at motorcycle building that balances theory with hands-on practice. He handles everything himself—from fabricating aluminum bodywork and hand-bending titanium exhausts to machining billet parts and crafting frames using precision tools. In 2014, he participated in the BMW R nineT Custom Project, and his creation, the Clubman Racer, was showcased at shows and events around the world.
At the 2015 Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show, his custom KTM RC8 won Best Motorcycle – European. In 2016, his BMW R nineT Clubman Racer received Best of Rideability at the Bay Area Chopper & Custom Bike Show, where his KTM RC8 also won Best of SuperSports.
Nakajima has earned numerous awards at custom shows and victories on the track. He is also highly active on social media, with approximately 190,000 YouTube subscribers, 100,000 Instagram followers, and 10,000 followers on X, totaling over 300,000 followers as of April 2025.
